The dual tournament tonight in Casselton has changed to a 5:00 PM start.  All wrestlers should be at the gym by 4:30 PM.

Coaches have determined that the dual team will be traveling to the Casselton meet this Friday, 2-29-08.  Wrestling has been tentatively set to begin at 4:30 PM.  More will be discussed this week at practices along with wrestle offs. 

We are ordering hooded sweatshirts and T'shirts, if interested email Kevin Kragnes at kkragnes@townandcountry.org. We would like to place the order by Friday, February 22. T'Shirts are $8 and the Hooded sweathirts are $18.50, if they want their name embroidered on the hood, it is another $6.  Orders also taken at practice tonight. 

No practice tonight due to President's Day Holiday and no school.  Pictures are tomorrow night. 

Team and individual pictures will be taken on Tuesday, February 19.

West Fargo Youth Wrestling sign up for grades K-6 will be held any Monday, Tuesday or Thursday night at Cheney Middle School during practice.  Practice runs for K-3 from 6:30 to 7:30 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays and for 4-6 from 7:45 to 9:15 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

We have confirmed that a ND USA wrestling card will be accepted at the tournament on Saturday by both the individuals at the tournament and by USA wrestling officials.  We have also found that you can purchase and print a USA wrestling card online at www.themat.com.  If you already had a USA wrestling card from previous years, you can just renew your membership online and print a card.  If you do not remember your username and password you can contact Shauna Vest at svest@usawrestling.org   

Practice will be on Thursday at 5:30PM at the Fargodome.  Meet on the North side of the Dome at 5:15PM.

 

Dual on Saturday will be at the dome.  Weigh ins start at 9AM.  Wrestling starts at noon.

 

There is no school in West Fargo today therefore there is no practice tonight (12/10/2007). 

Practice for tonight (Tuesday 12/4/2007) has been cancelled due to weather. 

 

If you would like to exchange or donate old wrestling apparel such as shoes, singlets, warm ups, etc., please bring these items to practice so that they can be made available to others in need. 

Conditioning will be held every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 7 to 8 PM at the wrestling room in the Cheney Middle School.

4th through 6th grade will start regular practices on December 3rd and will be from 7:45 to 9:00 PM every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

K through 3rd grade will start regular practices on December 4th and will be from 6:30 to 7:30 PM every Tuesday and Thursday

 

Wrestling sign up is scheduled for Tuesday, November 13 from 7 to 8 PM at the Cheney Middle School. 

 

Grades 4-6 should be at the middle school at 7pm with

conditioning starting at 7:15, registration will continue until 8pm for others.

 

West Fargo Youth Wrestling sign up for grades K-6 will be held from 7-8 p.m., on Tuesday, Nov. 13, at Cheney Middle School Wresting room. Additional sign up times will also be held any Monday, Tuesday or Thursday night throughout the month of November. Weight training and conditioning for grades 4-6 starts on November 13 and continues Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights. All ages on the mat practice starts Dec. 3.
